Enjoy the very comforting and rich tastes of hazelnut paste at a very good price.  A multi-purpose product in the bakery.

While cold, Alba Hazelnut Praline Paste is ready to use by itself.  Use in small amounts due to its strong flavor.  Use to line bottom of pie shells, as a flavorful transition layer between different levels of cake.

Softened or melted, you can mix with many other Alba ingredients to flavor them.  Mix into butter cream icing for cakes, or into Alba Pastry Cream.  Add flavor to Alba Chocolate Mousse or Cheesecake, to dip Éclairs, Choux, drizzle on Petits-Fours, Crêpes, Pancakes, etc.

Alba's Hazelnut Praline Paste is a multi-purpose, ready-to-use product. While cold, Alba's Hazelnut Praline Paste can be used to line the bottom of pie shells, or as a flavorful transition layer between different levels of cake.
