Bavarian Cream Recipe
Bavarian Cream Recipe  / Cream Puffs Whisk with:
20 fl. oz. water
12 fl. oz. heavy cream
Simply whisk one Alba pack with 2½ cups of water, then with 1½ cups of heavy cream.  Done!
Pastry Cream Recipe
Pastry Cream Recipe / Puff Pastry Whisk with:
1 Quart of Milk
Simply whisk one Alba pack with a quart of milk.  Done!
 
 

Pastry Cream Recipe, Puff Pastry, Cream Puff
Item #160-112 comes in 12 packs of 13.4 oz per case. (10 lb.)
Item # 160-120 comes in a bulk of 25 lb.
One mix creates BOTH our
Bavarian Cream and Pastry Cream.

Can be stretched by adding more liquid.
The right balance of dairy, egg and vanilla taste with a firm texture.
